The warranty details may vary depending on the brand and type of watch you choose, but rest assured, you’re covered! Here’s an overview of what our warranty entails:

Watches with Manufacturer Warranty

If you’ve purchased a watch that comes with a manufacturer warranty and your local service centre can't fix it, don’t worry—just send it over to us. We’ll take care of the repairs and return the watch to you in no time.

Warranty Process

If your watch isn’t working right, simply drop us an email with all the details. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps. Depending on the situation, we might direct you to an authorised service centre or ask you to send the watch to us for repairs. We'll ensure that your watch is properly serviced and returned in top condition.

Specific Brands

For premium brands like Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines, we’ve got you covered with our own warranty. Plus, these watches are pre-registered with the brand, so you're all set.

Our Brand

We know how important it is for you to feel happy with your purchase. That's why our in-house brand, Ratio Watches, comes with a generous 60-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return the watch in its original condition within 60 days for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

Water/moisture damage
Damage to the watch case or glass
Missing stones or gems (e.g., from the watch face)
Damage to the bracelet/band or straps
Damage to the crown/stem or finishes
Damage to clasps/buckles

Battery damage

Important Notes

Please note our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by improper use or if the watch exceeds the manufacturer’s guidelines (such as water resistance limits).

Also, be aware that if you have your watch serviced by anyone other than our team, it will void the warranty. Our service centre can easily identify if the watch has been serviced elsewhere, and any necessary repairs will be charged.
