At Down Under Watches, we're fair dinkum about supplying you with top-notch, legit watches. To keep you feeling ace about your buy, we've got a rock-solid warranty on all our watches. The warranty info can vary depending on the brand and type of watch you snag. Here are the details of our warranty:
Our Warranty
For watches under our own warranty, we offer either a two-year extended worldwide warranty or a one or two-year international manufacturer warranty. This covers any problems within the internal workings of your watch. If your watch acts up due to a manufacturing defect, just send it back to us. We'll fix it up and send it back to you, though you'll need to cover the postage.
Watches with Manufacturer Warranty
Got a watch with a manufacturer warranty and your local ticker bloke can't fix it? No worries, send it over to us. We’ll sort out the repairs and send them back to you.
Warranty Process
If your watch starts playing up, shoot us an email with all the gory details, and we'll take a squiz. Depending on this, we might steer you to an authorised service centre or ask you to mail the watch back to us. We’ll get to work on the repairs and make sure your watch is ticking top-notch again.
Specific Brands
For top brands like Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines, we cover these watches with our warranty, and they're already registered with the brand.
Our Brand
We know how crucial it is for you to be chuffed with your purchase. That’s why our in-house brand, Ratio Watches, comes with a 60-day no-questions-asked return policy. Not feeling it? Send it back in its original state within 60 days for a full refund or swap.
What's Covered?
- The internal workings of the watch.
What's Not Covered?
- Water/moisture damage
- Damage to the watch case or glass
- Missing stones or gems
- Damage to the watch bracelet/band or straps
- Damage to the crown/stem or finishes
- Damage to clasps/buckles
- Normal wear and tear
- Battery damage
Please note, our warranty doesn't cover the rough stuff—like if your watch has been bashed around outside the manufacturer's guidelines, or if it's copped a beating from improper use or going beyond the water resistance limits.
Also, a heads up: getting your watch serviced by anyone other than our crew will void our warranty. Our service centre can spot an outside job no worries, and you'll be up for any repairs needed after that.
